Crush parties may differ depending on the school, but they go like this: The sorority holding the crush party has its members invite several guys apiece. The guys receive an invitation telling them to go to the crush party, but they don't tell them who it's from (even though most guys probably have an idea who it's from). The party itself is basically a big mixer, and then supposedly at the end of the night the sorority girls tell their guy friends that they were the one who invited them. Something like that.
