Wow, that's really cool. I was down there for Mardi Gras last year, and it's just like a completely different world. Driving down there, we could see the differences, like when it started to get warmer and more humid, and all those mossy trees and stuff.
Besides, doesn't your school like shut down every year for Mardi Gras? (That's what I heard, anyway.)
I can't wait to go again next year! (Not this year, sadly.)
