Yes, he's telling the truth. I live about 10 miles from Poca. About 20 from Barboursville. But yep, the poca dots . . . their colors are grey and red so their mascot wears a giant round 'dot'. They also have a giant 'dot' painted on the side of their school. It's probably one of those things you'd have to see to think is funny though.
