Question for MGDZKM433!
 

Hi Mikki! I saw in one of your posts that you live near Huntington, West Virginia. One of my husband's and my dear friends is from Barboursville, WV and he swears that there is a town nearby called Poca and that the high school's teams are called the Poca Dots. Do you know if this is true??? He swears he's telling the truth, but he's a real joker so I am not inclined to believe him!

Yes, he's telling the truth. I live about 10 miles from Poca. About 20 from Barboursville. But yep, the poca dots . . . their colors are grey and red so their mascot wears a giant round 'dot'. They also have a giant 'dot' painted on the side of their school. It's probably one of those things you'd have to see to think is funny though.
