Following a quick query on each domain...
With regard to meetagreek.com, the domain is owned by one Christos Poulloura living in England. Most likely
assumption is this one is (to be) set up as a site for meeting ethnic greeks, given the name and location of the domain owner (outside N. America).
The first one,
www.meetgreeks.com, does mention (mainly) NPHC orgs (for e-greeting cards) but as well as being down for maintenance doesn't look as if it's been updated in a long time (given dates on site etc).
Doesn't look as if they're in a similar vein to your proposal so like Peaches-n-Cream said it sounds like a great idea and seems a pretty unique one too. Good luck!
