How come I can come in to work 5 minutes late, work through lunch, and stay late after work and my boss will snap about the 5-minutes...but my chain-smoking, prime lung cancer candidates, square toting co-workers can go on ten 15-minute smoke breaks every half hour and they don't say anything about that?
