But why does it matter if they found Kobe's semen and pubic hair or not? Absence of his DNA and presence of another man's would only be relevant in proving that Kobe didn't have sex with her at all. But he already ADMITTED that he had unprotected sex with her. The fact that they found the DNA of another man only means that she slept with Kobe and someone else. So, sue her. She's skanky, but that doesn't mean she's not a rape victim. Am I making any sense? I just don't get why people seem to think that finding another man's semen and pubic hair means Kobe didn't rape her.
