POLL: Kobe, Guilty or Not?

not:rolleyes:

Virtual Violet 10-15-2003 11:34 PM

given the recent findings in the preliminary hearing....NOT

VSUPhiMu 10-15-2003 11:44 PM

Sorry to crash your boards, but I just really can't think that he did it. Even aside from the evidence for or against his innocence, I'd hate it if he did because I think he's such a positive person for so many people...so I say Not Guilty!!

Jill1228 10-16-2003 12:27 AM

Yes he is guilty...Of making a stupid decision!

Guilty of rape? HELL NO!

GRITS 10-16-2003 01:02 AM

of adultery: yes
of rape: no, gimme a break!

crunkone 10-16-2003 01:20 AM

not guilty. sometimes you really do have to learn a lesson the hard way. no more flings for him.

Jill1228 10-16-2003 01:31 AM

Yep no more Flings or Vanessa will "Hit 'em Up Style!" (as soon as I heard about it I thought about Blu Cantrell's Song)

***Looking around*** Am I the only one who feels that he may have raped her?

Ok, maybe so. I just had this discussion with Phrat. He concluded (and I agree), just because she is "promiscuous" (that's up for debate), does not mean he didn't rape her.

I SOOOO don't care about this, but dangit the constant coverage has drawn me in. I'll wait until the trial.

I haven't really been keeping up at all. What are some of the 'goings on'?

thesweetestone 10-16-2003 02:28 AM

I'm sort of thinking he might be guilty.

AKA2D '91 10-16-2003 10:05 AM

Rape: I don't know. I wasn't there
Adultery: HECK YES!

I think this was a ploy to reveal that he isn't as "golden" as one would want us to believe. He is human and capable of using the wrong 'head' when making decisions. :p

Ideal08 10-16-2003 11:51 AM

I don't really care. I just hope this isn't the OJ Trial of the new millennium, is all I'm sayin'.

FREE KOBE BRYANT!!!

No he's not guilty. Let's look at some of yesterday's findings:

The panties she wore the next day to the courthouse had semen of a man other than Kobe and pubic hair of a white man. She says that this is not the same pair of underwear worn the night of the alleged rape.

1. Was she wearing dirty underwear that she just picked up off the floor that morning. NASTY! Maybe there should be a search warrant and they should examine all of her dirty underwear and find out how many different DNA matches they may find.

2. Did she have sex with someone after Kobe? That explains the semen and pubic hair. Now, if so....this is completely relevant because you DO NOT go out and have sex with someone right after being "raped".

Either way, she's a skank.

My thoughts on the Kobester

Adultery -- Guilty.
Rape -- I'm not the Kobester or that girl, so I reserve comment.

Being a BAD TEAMMATE -- Guilty. Did you check what Diesel said about him? Read my post in the celeb news thread. (Although Shaq was whining like a bia-bia, I think there was a modicum of truth to what he said. -- ST.)
:p

In the words of Jay-Z....

NOT GUILTY!

I'm sorry, but I think that she wanted more out of the deal and didn't get it, or just felt stupid afterwards and cried "RAPE!!".
