I did hear that the largest fraternity chapter of any NIC group had around 185 members. I think it was Sigma Chi and a chapter somewhere in the south. Fraternity chapters never get larger than that usually, Becasue there are more fraternity chapters to choose from at a given school.
When I was a freshman, the UCF LXA's would always boast that they had the most members out of an fraternity on campus. I remember hearing that it was about 200 members. Whether that is true or if they were also including inactive members in that number, I have no idea. I am pretty sure they still are one of the largest fraternities on the UCF campus.
