The only imput I can give is that ZTA just had a chapter colonize at USF (Univ. of South Florida in Tampa) and they pledged 103 girls this year - which is their first year on campus. I agree that it needs to be a chapter with a good southern reputation as well as have the financial resources that will be needed. By the way, what GLO's are there now?
