Our chapter has to wear stockings, no ands if or buts about it. I believe if you look through the new member handbook that it says that pin attire you must always wear socks or stockings. I know there is something from CO that has that info in it. Essentially, what we've been told by national personnel with regards to pin attire is that it should look like your going to an interview or nice business meeting (not business casual).

Supposedly a committee has been created that is working on what pin attire is as the last two years at LTS and convention it's been pretty bad. This summer alone someone wore flipflops (not even sandals) to ritual meeting. In the past two years there were girls with jean skirts on or they wore clothes that looked better for going out to clubs (short skirts, midriff bare). Truthfully it looked pretty disrepsectful to me and I think there were a couple of women who had to go up and change because it was so bad.
