Well, as for how they are treating you that I am sorry! Your little is another subject, trust me there is drama around me when it comes to bigs and lils, when I was a lil and got my big I cried for personal reasons. The big I got had a common illness that split my best friend and I not a year before I joined and I was VERY afraid of getting close to someone who had the same illness, so I cried. To this day I feel horrible I did that. She wanted me and I cried. You have to understand a lil is something so special and it is not her fault they are making an example of you (which again I highly dissagree with) If you feel you can mend your ideas of her from recruitment take her, but if not let her have a big that will be a good big, because everyone deserves love and repect from the girls from their chapter. Good Luck, and when you become a big if it is now or later, it seems that you are very driven and will help her a lot.
