I lucked out w/ my inlaws. Very laid back folks. The FIL has a wicked sense of humor and loves people who can dish it out as well as take it. In short, I can call him an Old Fart to his face, while telling him to F.O., he thinks it's hysterical.
Also two of the most Pro Greek people I've ever met, even tho they never went to college themselves.
