Definitely New Orleans!! I'm from there and the party scene is out of control. It's not that expensive, the weather is great at that time, and it's full of fun people. Walking up and down bourbon street would be so much fun for the bachelorette. She would get soo much attention. I woud definitely consider New Orleans!
