What gets your vote and what is there to do bachelorette-party wise? All help appreciated.

Nashville?
Memphis?
Tunica?
Las Vegas? (really depends on $$)
Chicago?
Kansas City?

We would be driving, flying or going by train from St. Louis in October/November.

My vote is for Vegas. Besides all the gambling, there's the fabulous show of the Men from Down Under (and other strip shows). Lots of clubs to go to - Studio 54 I think is at the MGM, Coyote Ugly is at New York New York, along with upteem million other clubs in the various casino's. Then to really treat the bride take her to one of the great buffets that a lot of places have - recommend the Rio or Flamino. A lot of hotels have spas and you can treat her to a spa package to.

Whenever you go to to vegas you will see tons of Bachelorette parties going on. Lots of friends buy little veil hats, or hats that say Im the bride etc. that the bride wears for the weekend. If you can afford it, my vote is for Vegas.

My vote is for Vegas, but then again I am a little impartial (sp?). phisigduchesscv is right about how much there is to do. Also, there are some nice cheap hotels and as long as you don't gamble too much, it can be fairly cheap. But I do suggest the little vail or hat. It brings a lot of attention and fun! ;)

Why not do New Orleans? It's fun, and has a bit more culture than Vegas!

Just got back from a bachelor/bachelorette party in New Orleans! We had a great time. New Orleans is nice because we were within walking distance of everything. So we never had to worry about transportation except back to the airport. :D

But from the locations listed Vegas is awesome too!!

Las Vegas is a good idea, but my sister had hers in New Orleans and it was awesome!

My bachelorette party was in VEGAS! We all had a great time, I even had the condom laced veil....talk about an attention grabber!

We all had a great time there! Even just walking to the different hotels on the strip was fun!
(Plus now they have the Thunder from Down Under and Chippendales there!)


I can't wait until one of my friends gets married so we can go again!

Definitely New Orleans!! I'm from there and the party scene is out of control. It's not that expensive, the weather is great at that time, and it's full of fun people. Walking up and down bourbon street would be so much fun for the bachelorette. She would get soo much attention. I woud definitely consider New Orleans!
