My vote is for Vegas, but then again I am a little impartial (sp?). phisigduchesscv is right about how much there is to do. Also, there are some nice cheap hotels and as long as you don't gamble too much, it can be fairly cheap. But I do suggest the little vail or hat. It brings a lot of attention and fun!
