Recruitment Nightmare

hey!
i know how you feel. our chapter has not only gotten smaller, but we have lost some really strong sisters recently. first of all keep in mind it's quality, not quantity that matters. ideas for events: pizza, and movies are always good...must see TV nights, things where you can all sit around and relax and just talk. other good events are community service projects, if you all do something (like make holiday cards....). just keeping a one on one contact w/ the girls is what's most important. assign each sister to lets say 5 girls, and have it be her responsibility to keep up w/ those girls, call them, see how they're doing, and take a genuine interest in them.
