There has to be that 6/10 of a percent, but if the "white pills" are the placebos, then no, normally she would not become pregnant. The placebos are just sugar pills so you don't get out of the habit of taking one every day. Whether or not you take them doesn't make a difference in your likelihood of getting pregnant.
oh and re blood type guy, the only factor of blood type that plays any part is if you have rh factor.
