Well, constitutions and by-laws do tend to be long. Our by-laws take up an entire
booklet. And in my opinion, I'd say it's better to cover your butt with the rules concerning social occasions, and I think we all know why. That the local frat doesn't think party rules are necessary is quite obvious from what I've seen, but you're not them, so...there.
