I love these stories!
My husband and I are trying to sell our house so my husband made me pack up a bunch of my Zeta things. (I had them in every room of the house.) I've managed to keep a few things around though. I have a cross-stitch of the crest hanging in my office, bunches of ZTA magnets on the fridge and tons of older Zeta memorabilia in a curio cabinet in our living room.
My husband held an "open house" yesterday afternoon and when one lady saw the crest, she got all excited and asked him who the Zeta was in the house. He told her about me and he found out that she is from our chapter at Lamar in Beaumont. I hope to get her to join our alumnae chapter since I'm membership this year. I hope she buys my house, too!
