Sounds cool to me...I think I'd be able to fall asleep faster in a totally quiet room! And I'd probably get more studying done if I didn't have to worry about keeping up my roommate. None of the houses on my campus have this set up though, we just have lots of single, double, or triple rooms just like dorms.
