I would say, just move on. Maybe it's a sign that he wasn't the one for you. Moreover,(not saying that this is you) I haveknown friends to spend less time with their girls because they have a new guy in their life and to an extent that's understandable. So I would say go out with your girl-friends and have a ball. You may find someone else better and someone who wants what you want.
