sorry, but the sundial was deifnitely donated by Tri-Delt. can't explain the turtles though. i also walked by it almost everyday for the four years that i was there so i noticed it all the time. according to greek affairs it was donated by Tri-Delt. I guess you can check with them if you think it was DZ though.
