When it comes to quality or quantity i would have to go with quality becuase i would not want to initiate a bunch of damn douch bags. remember that discussion about cutting pledges.. oh yeah that one. Why the hell would you let someone into your bond if you don't like the bastard. shit i thought this was common sence but i guess its not. (no offence zntke711) but i am sure that there are chapters that just want people, shit i am positive that there are because i have met some of these shitty ass chapters. DAMNIT here are some things that the people that are on this forum that are in shitty chapters need to know.
