Paternal grandmother -- RIP, she passed when I was young, so no name for her.
Paternal grandfather -- (RIP) well, I never really called him anything. I rarely saw him and when I did, I just tapped his shoulder if I wanted something. My aunts, uncles and my dad called him by his first name.
My parents are Mama (or Ma) and Daddy -- my neice calls my mother Mama, also. For the longest, she told people that my mother was her "other mama" so much that it rubbed off on my nephew -- he stills calls her "Other mama"
