I think the uniting of local sororities is a great idea. I am a sister of Gamma Chi local at SJU NYC. I sometimes feel like people don't think us locals count as much as nationals. We should be able to have our own alliance. We have a couple of locals at my school but we all try to act so independent even though we all stand for basically the same things. The only hitch in this would be getting all the locals to unite. Perhaps it would be simpler to unite the locals by regions. I don;t know. Anyone else who thinks its a good idea should come foward maybe we could start something BIG!
