Our finals are this week, and so all the girls have been completely stressed about about tests, so at our last activity we made those little stress squeeze ball thingies. You just fill a balloon up with rice, and then we decorated them with aphi letters and cute stuff. It was a cheap, easy and fun activity. I love my stress ball!
