I am most happy when I learn something new and now that I am reading the contemporary English version of the bible I find myself always getting happy about meanings that I am 'just' learning but that other people have been talking about for a long time - No there is no shame to my game, I am just starting to read the bible and get a better understanding of self, the world around me and people in it!!
I do have to agree with the piece of mind bit, to know that I and my family and friends are safe, is always a good feeling. I also love to be quiet and alone (not lonely), I love to relax the mind while bathing in a bubble bath and enjoying slow jams (old and new). And on the stressful days when you come in from work and you have to take care of self, I love to be surrounded by scented candles, and just chill!! And lastly Yoga is the best treatment for a stressed mind and body!!
