A. I have been on the opposite side of this situation. Boy, was I relieved when I went back to the store and was able to retrieve my wallet with EVERYTHING intact.
To be honest, I wasn't worried about the money as much as some important documents I had in my wallet. But, like I said, I was pleasantly surprised.
