Well as a former ASA, I believe that Nationals needs to get their heads out of a certain place. They keep pushing numbers and then threatening to kick off houses that don't get a lot of girls, basically my chapter only cut the amount Panhell required during formal recruitment. So basically we gave bids to everyone, got a lot of people who didn't care, had a lot of deactivations and Nationals wants to know what's wrong?!!!!
Um maybe you should stop worrying about numbers (we always get a decent number even if it isn't quota) and worry about getting quality girls. Stop the threats and do some changes!!!!! I wouldn't be suprised to see more chapters go in the next few years.
