I disagree. While I can't dispute the NIC's membership of old men, they generally are doing things that are in the best interest of their member organizations and social fraternities in general. The NIC isn't a governing body, its a trade organization meant to coordinate the exchange of ideas. I don't know how they "want to prevent others from having it [fun]."
Also, my experience with its membership is that it is not made up of a bunch of suck up kiss asses. In fact, the new President of the NIC, who is a Pike, came and spoke on our campus to help get our chapter started when the school was trying to not let us on. He's definitely not a kiss ass.
My experience with the NIC has been nothing but positive.
