This may not apply here, but seriously, why would you chose to live near a college campus (let alone a fraternity house) and not expect some kind of party noise and ruckus in the area (from the GDIs as well as the Greeks)?

Like the 50+ yr old hags that live around here, not only are they "tired of the noise", they're blaming this solely on the Greeks!
