I agree O.A, $3,000.00 is more than enough. She chose the lifestyle that she did (I think she now owns some former actor/actress' home).

I saw what you posted in our forum as far as the visitation rights are concerned. I don't quite know the specifics of "formalized" visitation, but it sounds as if he is being forced to do something that he obviously does not want to, therefore he may resent it in the long run (which won't help the child); correct me if I'm wrong. But, as I stated before, her expectations are unrealistic, considering the circumstances.

As far as the CNN stuff, perhaps that judge was thinking that the man served in the father role for 3 years. Sounds like he knew what he was getting into when he married her. However, I don't think he should have to pay child support for a child that's not his. Depending on the circumstances, (let's say, if she had a newborn when he met her, he knew it wasn't his child because of what I previously stated, & he didn't want her to work during the marriage) and then after 3 years, he just got up and left her high & dry, then yes, I think he should assist in supporting her at least until she gets on her feet. (Here comes the heat...)
