Question about Scholarship Chair

I see where that makes sense and may work at some schools, but due to the fact that scholarship is sadly lacking in my chapter greatly it does not. Yes I do go to exec meetings, but no one within the chapter considers MEVP as having anything to do with scholarship (no matter what I say). Also, as for a scholarship committee, it has not worked well in the past due to lack of consideration of grades.
