Here are some ideas of other things to do.. well that I know our correspondence secretary does..
she is responsible for making sure that all the other officers know of deadlines to make sure things get to nationals and panhellenic on time.
Something creative that you could do for your chapter are birthday cards (and announce during your meeting at an appropriate time)..
... also maybe appreciation cards to members in your chapter who do something nice for the chapter that week..
this is if you dont do these things already.. everyone likes getting thanks for nice things they have done..
