Your comments about drinking off campus may be right, but unless something like the above happens, liability will kill the system.
However, if you believe the "statistics" and "surveys" quoted, the fraternity binge drinking is beginning to decline. At least a leveling off of insurance rates should follow -- at least in theory.
Besides, aren't we all always crying for positive press? Well, the UNL Greeks just got some.
