This is interesting...I have mixed feelings...I'm upset that she/mistress would even have THE AUDACITY to ask for money from the wife...saying he promised it to her before he died
...That right there makes me think she DESERVES to be sued...she should have kept her mouth shut and had a little respect for his wife...On the flip side I don't think it's right for her to have to pay back everything he gave her...I think that's his fault and the wife should of sued him, if she knew about it, when he was alive...It's too late to be sueing anybody now that he's dead...But yeah I don't think its fair for the mistress to have to pay back anything she wasn't the one in the marriage, even though she was wrong for being in a relationship with him she wasn't wrong for accepting the $$$ he was wrong for giving it to her...And that's my little take on it
