I would think that the reason for being unable to ignore a mod is because, if you're causing trouble, then a mod needs to be able to contact you in order to resolve the issue. Just a guess. And I would think that if you can't ignore a mod, then no one else would be able to, either... So, I really don't know why you can't and 33girl can. I'll be glad to inquire about it, though. Could be a glitch in the GC system.
