Well, in all honesty, I have only had a run-in with one there and they were probably meaner to me b/c I had out-of-state tags. I bae my assumption off the fact that on roadtrips, I have seen them go over their stateline and follow speeders from the next state back into their jurisdictions... jerks!
Oh, by the way... I totally know what you mean about talking your way out of tickets! I've done that so much!
