If your Spring rush is formal, then I can tell you what we did at our formal Fall rush. For spirit night we did an America theme. It was SO cute! We decorated the ceiling in red, white, and blue balloons. The walls had a black city scene cut out of cardboard with white lights taped to the back so that it looked like there were lights on in the windows. The walls were also covered in red and blue back drops with fire works painted on them. We served popcorn and lemonade for our refreshment. For COB we usually meet at a local restaurant and serve food and drink. it is very unformal but it gives us the oppurtunity to meet everyone.
