Collect those alum dues
Every chapter should have an alumni assn., with events (Homecoming, founders Day, golf tourn., and regular newsletters).
These shold be financed by annual alumni dues, something like $25.
Dues bills, looking like something from a prestigious mens/womens club, should be mailed, along with reminders every six weeks.
Hopefully, 20 percent or more will pay dues, making the program self supporting.
