Just as an update for you Thrillhouse....
Our surf competition yesterday was a success. We had about 15 guys come out and surf, and we raised $759.68 for the Orphan Helpers of Latin America. We also lost a surfer for a little while
but it turns out that he had gone to rescue some kid that had gone out to far and they ended up in the inlet and had to walk back...the police and ambulance were there and they were about to send out a helicopter when the guy came walking up with the kid. So all in all, it was a successful event.
