I have some ideas but I don't know how good your artists are so:
Paint a replica of the "commemorative throw" that is in the anchor trader
Paint the Philosophy- this could be easily done with a projector screen
Here's my most original idea of the day:
One of the original motto's was "Onward and Upward and true to the Line" This can be found in the back of your watchwords in the heritage section, I think.
Anyway, you could turn the wall into a rock climbing wall complete with those thingy's that protrude out from the wall that you use to climb up and have this old motto painted around the wall.....well the more I think about it the more I realize the potential hazards this could pose. So I guess you're on your own kiddo.
