I know this is kind of like the t-shirt design topic, but not quite...

I need some ideas...

We recently took a second hall in the sorority towers, and on the hall there's a huge mural. Well, we just quickly painted over the ZTA, so now it's just dark blue, but we need a new design. Any suggestions?

To give you a hint of something we're looking for, the other floor's mural is a blue background with a pink palmetto tree and moon (our state flag for those who don't know) and it says Delta Gamma on the bottom. It's cute, but pretty basic, so I'd like to try something really original, if anyone has any good ideas.

I think a big mural of our crest would be so neat! I have no idea if this is what you ladies have in mind or not, but I think that we have a very lovely crest which would look great in mural form :)

I have some ideas but I don't know how good your artists are so:

Paint a replica of the "commemorative throw" that is in the anchor trader


Paint the Philosophy- this could be easily done with a projector screen


Here's my most original idea of the day:

One of the original motto's was "Onward and Upward and true to the Line" This can be found in the back of your watchwords in the heritage section, I think.

Anyway, you could turn the wall into a rock climbing wall complete with those thingy's that protrude out from the wall that you use to climb up and have this old motto painted around the wall.....well the more I think about it the more I realize the potential hazards this could pose. So I guess you're on your own kiddo.

Hey Carolina DG! Here's a cute idea for a mural. I pulled this picture off one chapter's Web site, but I can't remember which school it is from. I especially like how they spelled out Delta Gamma with the nautical flags.
