We give our new members on bid day the bid day shirt that we are all wearing. (Bids are given out at noon so they wear their's the rest of the day) We also give them car stickers, balloons, and the flower that each one of them had during the pref ceremony the night before. Last year we also made them braclets in our colors. (Kind of like the ones that you can get at Express or Limited...the ones made out of beads and there are like 10 different braclets in one pack.) They were really easy to make and the new members still wear them.
