This thread is off the hook, good night!!! obviously we will not all agree but i'm glad to see that most are being real about how they feel and i hope everyone will at least listen and try to see where the other is coming from because that is the only way to make process, try to put yourself in the other person's shoes and see how it might feel to walk their walk, i know its hard but its worth a try to find understanding.
And Jae it seems like you are real quick to go off on the sisters when they voice opinions that hit to close to home, no one is saying you are wrong for dating outside, i think you should date outside because its what you want to do (its a variety thing with men i've been told) and i would hate for you to marry a black woman just because society says you should that would not be true to self (and sisters you don't want a man who is with you cause he doesn't have the choice to do otherwise). Do your thang and don't take comments personally, you are probably a great guy and if it doesn't apply to you then dust it off.
Prettygirl you say what alot of people feel and think but are too afraid to admit, although it can come across harsh it is very important to be real, at least people know where you are coming from, i hate it when people smile in my face but hate me in their heart.
