Will every PNM be invited to set II and will they be limited to the 8 invitations as stated in the on-line schedule or will there be an extra 9th invitation that everyone accepts and attends? if the PNMs are limited to 8 and they accept a Tri-Delta invitation and they have more than 8 invitations, then the PNM is declining at least one invitation to a group that wanted them and which will continue in recruitment but now the PNM will not have an opportunity to advance with that group.

I'm just at a quandary as to how this participation in set II will fit in with the requirements of RFM invitation management.
I believe that for this time only, there is a mandatory 9th invitation to just fit Tri-Delta in. The RFM specialist can do a custom change for this round

personally, I don't think it makes sense but that's just me.
