It changed from NEVER having AI to the current phase. They made this change a few years before they eliminated the legacy policy. I was at a meeting a few years prior and some of the officials in some parts of the country(those in the northeast, in particular) wanted to open it up because they were having a hard time getting alumnae to volunteer to be advisors.

That being said, you will never convince me otherwise that it’s a money grab.

Then if that was the case, why would you not question why alumnae involvement has dried up and try to remedy it before changing policy?
