I lived in our chapter house for two years and really enjoyed the experience. My roommates and I got along so there was very little drama. Eventually my sister became the chapter's house manager and lived in as well. (
Let's just say she had fun but as house manager she was had to enforce all of the rules, which sometimes could get "interesting.") Since our parents were alumni of the school and our Greek system, we had their full support to live there as they believed it was a safer and cheaper alternative to renting an apartment.
