Glad to hear you're feeling better. Nice to see your KD GC sisters rally around you!
You were probably more stressed and worried than you even realized. To be the Pef. Night Chair is a huge job, it can feel like the future of the chapter rests on your shoulders, but in reality that night is the shared responsiblity of the entire sisterhood. It is also a privlege and an honor to have such a great job. To be able to give pnms a glimpse into what the sisterhood has meant to you, that is just tremendous. Honestly with all the work of pre-recruitment remember to take some time out for yourself--read a trashy novel for 20 minutes, give yourself one of those at-home facials, nap. Anything that reminds you just who you are and how much fun all of this actually is.
But you sound like you're going to have a great time with the PIKES, cute boys are always a nice pick-me-up!
